Why use 15+ Mānuka Honey?
There is honey and there is Mānuka Honey, when looking for a good Mānuka Honey you need to look at the label. UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) is one industry measure used, and MGO is another. These indicate the level of antibacterial activity in the Mānuka Honey. To have therapeutic benefits the Mānuka Honey needs to be UMF 10+ or MGO 260+.
